General Information

Please review the following frequently asked questions when planning your trip to Sun Peaks.

is it a requirement to purchase my lift ticket online, in advance?

No. However, we continue to encourage the purchase of lift tickets online, in advance, to guarantee access, and to save you money! The quantity of hiking and biking tickets available for sale each day may be limited.

The best and most convenient ticket pick-up option once you’re in-resort is from our convenient outdoor skiosk machines. These are located outside, slopeside of the Village Day Lodge. You get to avoid Guest Services line-ups and hit the lift in no time. Remember, if you already have an RFID mountain card and selected it during your online transaction you can skip the skiosk and go directly to the chairlift.

Please see below for more detail on our ticket policies.

are masks required in SUn peaks?

In accordance with the BC Public Health Order, masks must be worn in all healthcare settings. Therefore, proper face coverings are required for all patients and staff while inside our Patrol Patient Care Centre. A face covering is a mask or a tightly woven fabric that covers both the mouth and nose.

Wearing masks in public indoor settings is not currently required by public health in British Columbia. Wearing masks is a personal choice and it’s important that we respect the choices of one another.

WHEN SHOULD I NOT VISIT SUN PEAKS?
