Romp & Stomp participants can look forward to joining the festive, family-friendly fun on groomed 1km, 3km or 5km snowshoe trails. The Stomp will feature great giveaways, participant testimonials, prizes for top fundraising teams and individuals, and best costumes!
Step 1:
To register for this event, participants must hold a CADS (Canadian Adaptive Snowsports) membership for this CADS-sanctioned event. Please register your participation through the CADS Registration Portal. If you already have a CADS membership, participation is FREE.
For participants without a CADS membership, you can purchase a one-day pass for $10.50.
Step 2:
Once registered through the CADS portal, you can register for the event through Canada Helps. Visit the Romp & Stomp Event Registration & Fundraising Page and set up your fundraising page to share with family, friends, and supporters.
9:00am: Sign-in, bib pick-up, and check-in at the domed tent adjacent to the Umbrella Café at P5 (view village map here).
9:45am: Welcome and warm-up
10:00am: Snowshoe walk begins (1km, 3km & 5km options)
12:00pm: Walk ends
12:30pm: Awards, prizes, and refreshments at the finish line
Prizes for best costume - Individual & Team.
Snowshoe Rentals: The first 50 registrants are eligible for free snowshoe rentals from www.discoversunpeaks.com. After the first 50 registrants, snowshoe rentals are provided at a discounted rate of 50% off. You can sign up to rent snowshoes on the registration page.
