Santa is coming to Sun Peaks!
This year Santa will be trading in his sleigh for a big, shiny fire truck and brightening a certain green grouch's spirits along the way! The Sun Peaks Fire Rescue and the Sun Peaks Volunteer Fire Department Society will be bringing Santa around the communities of Sun Peaks and Whitecroft on Christmas Eve. Make sure you are on the lookout for the big man himself, his approximate schedule can be found below!
SPFR will be conducting a drive-by event where their Christmas engine will tour the village and parts of our fire protection area. We ask spectators to view the Christmas engine and Santa from the comfort of their home, balcony, or driveway and do not venture out into the road or approach the fire engine or support vehicle.

| ~4:15pm | On Valley Drive, driving past Trapper’s Landing, McGillivray Creek, Crystal Forest, Forest Trail/Trails Edge |
| ~4:30pm | Continue up Sundance Drive to Douglas Court |
| ~4:50pm | Return to Sun Peaks Road to Creekside Road, past Sun Peaks village. Past Sun Mountain Villas, Alpine Greens, The Peaks, and up Sunburst Drive |
| ~5:10pm | Starting at Fairways Drive (east), to Mountain View. Passed the Cabins and Cottages. Onto Burfield with final Sun Peaks stop at Peaks West |

| ~6:00pm | (Whitecroft) Starting at Cahilty Crescent and following loop around to Cahilty Road |
