TRU Rail Riot 3

Rail Riot Campus Edition is back!

Hosted by the TRU Out Here Ski & Board Club, this invitational rail jam transforms the campus into an urban playground for athletes, who will tackle a legendary handrail as an obstacle. Rail Riot 3 takes over the iconic Old Library staircase for a night of high-energy skiing, snowboarding, and community spirit.

Rail Riot 3 has something for everyone, and all ages are welcome. Free to spectate, good vibes, and awesome giveaways from sponsors like Spoke Bike & Ski and Sun Peaks Resort. Bring your friends or come solo to enjoy the action, meet new people, and cheer on the athletes. Loudest fans win prizes!

“Rail Riot is more than an event - it's a tradition,” says founder Justin Tarasoff. “It’s the one night a year where TRU and Kamloops come together to kick off the ski and snowboard season in the most authentic way possible.”
