When will hEartland Country Festival take place?

We are excited to welcome The Washboard Union to this year's Heartland Country Festival lineup!

I bought tickets to Heartland Country Festival. Will my tickets be valid for the new dates?

Yes. Your existing Heartland tickets will automatically transfer to the new festival dates. No action is required if you plan to attend.

Can I request a refund on my tickets?

Yes.

If the new dates no longer work for you, refund requests may be submitted to ticketing@sunpeakstourism.com before Friday, August 21 at 12:00pm.

After that time, the refund window will be closed.

Refunds include the ticket cost, facility fee and GST. Showpass processing fees are non-refundable.

Can I exchange or upgrade my ticket?

Yes. Tickets can be exchanged at any time for another ticket type of equal or greater value. This includes changing which day you attend (i.e. Friday to Saturday), upgrading to a two-day pass, or upgrading to VIP.

Can I reschedule my accommodation for the festival?

Accommodation partners have been updated where possible.

Guests should continue to work directly with their accommodation provider regarding any changes already made or adjustments needed for the new September festival dates. Any changes remain subject to the accommodation provider's policies and availability.

All Ages Show

This festival is an all-ages show. Tickets required for entry.

Please note that for alcohol service, 2 pieces of valid ID are required, one must be government-issued photo ID.

Bar Service

Bar service will be available on site during the festival. 

Sun Peaks Centre Stage is a cashless venue. Payments are accepted by credit or debit.

• Advanced tickets will be available at Tourism Sun Peaks at 13 - 3250 Village Way, in the upper Sun Peaks village.

• Day-of show tickets and VIP upgrades will be available at Sun Peaks Centre VIP Entrance at 3200 Village Way, in the upper Sun Peaks village. Office Hours 11:00am to 5:00pm

Sun Peaks Centre Stage is a premier, multi-use, entertainment venue located in Sun Peaks, British Columbia. It provides a unique outdoor, covered setting for concerts, events, and cultural celebrations.

Parking for the Concert

• Available on surface lots P2, close to the lift area.
• Street parking on Village Place, Parking allowed on even side of road.
• Accessible parking available on the East side of the Sun Peaks Centre Stage (3200 Village Way, Sun Peaks BC), with permit.
• Please respect the Sun Peaks Municipality no parking areas

General Admission Seating

Seating is not provided, feel free to bring your own lawn chair for placement in the General Admission assigned space provided. Bleachers are available with limited seating.

Accessible Seating

An accessible viewing platform will be available at the festival for wheelchair users and company. Please send us a note if you will require accessible seating for the show: events@sunpeakstourism.com.

Outside Food and Beverage Policy

Outside food or drink is not permitted inside the concert venue. There is not a water refill station on site. Thank you for your understanding.
