Embark on a guided culinary journey, hosted at Mantles’ elegant Harvest Table. Each dinner features a three-course meal, paired alongside alcohol that brings out the unique flavours of each dish. Experts in the culinary world will guide you through the dinner, helping you pull insights from each dish and experience your meal with all senses.

Experience a world of refreshing lagers paired alongside a bright, vibrant, summer menu featuring diverse flavours from three different countries.  

Menu

Amuse-bouche: Grilled duck and shrimp summer rolls with spicy mango chili sauce.

Main course: Curry flight trio
India: Chicken korma — a classic Indian curry made with marinated chicken cooked with mint, coriander, green chilies, and yogurt.
Japan: Tofu katsu curry — a Japanese-style curry made with Japanese tofu, onions, and carrots in a sweet and spicy curry sauce.
Thailand: Yellow shrimp curry — a spicy and aromatic Thai curry made with yellow curry, coconut milk, and shrimp, served with steamed rice.

Dessert: Mango coconut rice pudding with sesame tuile and toasted coconut flake.
