savour Deep relaxation with sound

Enjoy this 90-minute sound experience, designed to target and activate the parasympathetic nervous system that allows us to rest and digest. 

How it works

To start, the first few minutes of the session will be devoted to finding the most comfortable position, then settling into relaxation with breath work and a guided meditation. The instrumental sound waves will then take over, moving the nervous system into a state of deep relaxation that creates the prime conditions to digest the flavours of the week.
