The Sun Peaks Squad brings together athletes and creators who authentically, proudly, and respectfully represent Sun Peaks Resort and share what it means to live, play, and adventure in the mountains.
Built around a shared passion for outdoor recreation and mountain culture, Squad members help tell the Sun Peaks story through sport, storytelling, content creation, community connections and experiences both on and off the mountain.
Whether it’s powder days and podiums or bike park laps, trail adventures and après with friends, Sun Peaks Squad members help capture and share the spirit of the mountains in each season.

Squad Streams: Athletes and Ambassadors
The Sun Peaks Squad features two program streams, offering different ways to represent and share the Sun Peaks experience.
Athlete: Competitive athletes who train and compete while representing Sun Peaks through their sport, community, and mountain connections.
Ambassador: Passionate mountain people and content creators who represent Sun Peaks through experiences, storytelling, and community connections.
Who Can Apply?
The Sun Peaks Squad is open to local athletes and ambassadors who are passionate about mountain culture, actively participate in their sport or outdoor pursuits and are excited to represent Sun Peaks both on and off the mountain.
Athlete applicants should be actively training and competing in their sport with Sun Peaks as their home base, while Ambassador applicants should be from the local area and actively participate in their sport. Applicants for both streams should enjoy creating and sharing content, connecting with the community and showcasing the Sun Peaks experience.
A core component of both streams is participating as models in resort photo and video projects, so applicants must demonstrate a high level of skill in their sport.
