How We Got Here
Great Place To Work® Certification™ is based entirely on employee feedback from our permanent team members, and we’re thrilled that on our recent survey (administered by GPTW), over 70% of our team members say SPR/SPG is a great place to work.
From front-line hospitality, food & beverage, and guest service roles to behind-the-scenes operations, maintenance, and administration—every position plays a vital part in shaping the guest and employee experience. Together, we create unforgettable days on the slopes, exceptional dining, and restful nights. To ensure our guests take home lifelong memories, we prioritize taking care of our employees first.
